• Fees for our coaching programs and services must be paid in full before sessions begin unless otherwise agreed upon.

• All payments are final, and refunds are not available unless explicitly stated in a separate refund policy.

• If a session needs to be rescheduled, you must provide at least 24 hour notice. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeiture of that session without a refund.

We respect your privacy and confidentiality. However, coaching is not bound by legal confidentiality protections like those of licensed professionals (e.g., therapists or doctors). We will not disclose personal information shared during sessions, except:

• When required by law.

• If we believe there is a risk of harm to yourself or others.

All content provided through our website, coaching sessions, courses, and materials—including but not limited to text, videos, worksheets, and resources—is the intellectual property of Leila Munla. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use our materials for commercial purposes without explicit written permission.

Our Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee any specific results from coaching or educational programs. Your success depends on your commitment, effort, and external factors beyond our control.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Leila Munla and its representatives shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages resulting from your use of our Services.

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate Services at our discretion if we believe a client is violating these Terms of Use, engaging in inappropriate behavior, or failing to uphold their commitments within the coaching relationship.

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of California, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in the jurisdiction of San Diego, CA.
